Secumat®
Secumat® is a high-performance erosion control mat developed by Naue to protect soils from erosion and increase the stability of slopes and riverbanks. The mats are made from synthetic materials like polypropylene, offering high resistance to environmental influences. Secumat® protects the soil from surface erosion and promotes vegetation by stabilizing and preserving nutrients. They are ideal for use in flood protection, landscaping, and drainage channels.
The Secumat® random mesh products are modular, permanent erosion control mats made from a UV-stabilized, biologically and chemically resistant random mesh. They reduce the impact energy of rain and significantly increase infiltration, the amount of water entering the interception storage, the transition depot.
High-quality flat products made from pocket-like geocells that are chemically and biologically resistant and UV stable. The geocells have a special surface texturing that ensures an optimal bond between the geocell and the fill material. The cells are perforated to hydraulically connect the individual cell pockets and allow excess water to escape, promoting cross-cell root growth.
Secumat® Green
Secumat® Green is an eco-friendly erosion control mat made from biodegradable materials such as jute and coconut fibers. These mats protect soils from erosion and promote vegetation by stabilizing the soil and preserving nutrients. They provide secure anchorage – even on steep slopes – and ensure long-lasting stabilisation of embankments and shorelines in combination with surface erosion control products.
For conventional applications, robust earth anchor systems are available, while Secumat® Green Fixing offers a sustainable alternative with 30 cm hardwood stakes. These consist of dense, homogeneous and responsibly sourced wood, left untreated and made from renewable raw materials. In this way, Naue’s fixing systems combine reliable functionality with ecological responsibility.

A 30 cm long wooden stake with a pre-mounted crossbar, made from break-resistant and knot-free hardwood. It is finely sawed and left in its natural state. The dense, homogeneous wood is sourced responsibly and consists of renewable raw materials.
