The essential function of the Code of Conduct is to make all people in the company aware of applicable laws and company guidelines and sensitise them to legal risks in their daily work.
This Code of Conduct summarises laws and rules and guides particular relevance to the Naue Group.
As a binding guideline for legally compliant and ethically responsible action within the Naue Group, the Code of Conduct also defines the standard for responsible behaviour towards business partners and the public. The same applies to dealings with each other within the group of companies.
All persons in the company, employees, superiors and management are obliged to comply with the principles in the Code of Conduct.
