The Naue solution is to use a single layer of Carbofol® polyolefin geomembrane, using Secutex® nonwoven geotextiles to protect the geomembrane from the rough shot-crete surface. In tunnel construction where drainage of water is required, geosynthetic drainage systems such as Secudrain® are also used to transport and discharge the fissure water. By employing complete geosynthetic solutions from Naue, a dry foundation or tunnel can be created with state-of-the-art materials and technology. Carbofol® geomembranes as well as Bentofix® Geosynthetic Clay Liners are used for hydraulic sealing applications. Secutex® nonwovens are used for filtration, separation and protection. Secudrain® is used for drainage while Secugrid® geogrids are ideal for reinforcement.
