1967 – Terrafix® nonwoven from E.A.H. Naue KG is used for the first time in a hydraulic engineering application
1968 – Niederberg Chemie develops Carbofol® geomembranes
1984 – Naue Fasertechnik GmbH & Co. KG is founded
1985 – Depotex®, the first high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geotextile for landfill construction, is developed
1987 – Bentofix® geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) are developed and patented
1989 – Acquisition of Secudrain® and Secumat® production facility from Oltmanns GmbH

1992 – Launch of Bentofix® GCLs in the American market
1993 – Naue Sealing GmbH & Co. KG is founded to serve the landfill construction and lining market
1994 – Naue Fasertechnik GmbH & Co. KG achieves ISO 9001 certification
1995 – Bentofix® and Secutex® Soft Rock are introduced to the Australian market
1996 – Acquisition of the production facility for Carbofol® from itb Isolierungsgesellschaft für Tunnel und Bauwerke mbH
1998 – The geosynthetic consultant company “Bauberatung Geokunststoffe GmbH & Co. KG” (BBG) is founded
1999 – The new developed Secugrid® reinforcement geogrids are included to the portfolio

2000 – Carbofol® is produced with the worldwide widest roll width (9.40 m) for flat-extruded geomembranes
2002 – Naue has taken all necessary steps to put into effect the compulsory CE marking for geotextiles and geogrids
2003 – Technology improvement to firmly bond Secutex® nonwoven geotextiles between Secugrid® bars to create Combigrid®
2003 – Anchor Lining Systems is formed in South Africa for the production and distribution of Carbofix®
2004 – Secudrain® geocomposites are produced in 3.80 m widths and with a new nonwoven bonding technology to provide increased drainage characteristics
2005 – Naue Fasertechnik GmbH & Co. KG changes its name to Naue GmbH & Co. KG
2006 – The third Secugrid® geogrid manufacturing facility is put into operation. CE Marking is implemented for geosynthetic barriers
2008 – Naue America Inc. is founded
2009 – Naue commissions its new warehouses and logistics center at the corporate headquarters in Fiestel

2010 – Polyethylene coated Bentofix® GCLs is added to the product range
2011 – Naue Asia Sdn. Bhd. is founded
2011 – Start of the Bentofix® production in Malaysia
2012 – Commissioning of a second production plant for Polyethylene coated Bentofix® GCLs
2014 – Commissioning of a new production plant for Secutex® in Fiestel
2015 – Start of Secutex® production in Selangor, Malaysia
2015 – New product: Secutex® RS
2016 – New product: Secutex® HS and Secugrid® HS
2017 – Commissioning of a new production plant for Carbofol® in Fiestel
