Naue geogrids made of stretched monolithic PP or PET flat bars with welded junctions stabilise soil, optimise base courses and reinforce earth structures. Secugrid®, Secugrid® HS, Secugrid® m3 and Combigrid® support roads, railways, retaining walls and working platforms.

Naue Secugrid® geogrid stabilises and reinforces roads, embankments, working platforms, slopes and walls.

Naue Secugrid® HS is a high strength geogrid for soil reinforcement in embankments and load transfer platforms on soft soils.

Naue Combigrid® is a geogrid with integrated nonwoven geotextile that combines stabilisation, reinforcement, separation and filtration in a single installation step.

Geogrids are reinforcement products with regular openings that interlock with soil or aggregate. Naue produces geogrids made of stretched monolithic PP or PET flat bars with welded junctions which stabilise soil, optimise base courses and reinforce earth structures
Secugrid® is made of stretched monolithic PP or PET flat bars with welded junctions for pure reinforcement. Combigrid® combines the same geogrid with a welded Secutex® nonwoven, delivering reinforcement, separation and filtration in a single layer.
Secugrid® HS is engineered for high tensile loads (up to 1,200 kN/m). It is used for embankments, load transfer platforms, and bridging of sinkholes and voids.
Secugrid® m3 geogrids are engineered to provide high load-bearing capacity, stability, and performance for reinforced slopes and retaining wall systems. These geogrids are designed to enhance the structural integrity of various geotechnical applications, including steep slopes, embankments, and retaining walls. The Secugrid® m3 system offers versatility with multiple installation methods, such as Wrap, Block, Panel, Gabion, and Clamp systems, allowing for tailored solutions to meet specific project requirements. Each method provides unique benefits, ensuring optimal reinforcement and aesthetic appeal for both temporary and permanent structures.
Geogrid reinforcement can reduce base course thickness and extend design life. The achievable saving depends on subgrade CBR, traffic load and product. Use the Naue Portal for project-specific calculations.
Yes. Naue geogrids are CE marked, hold DIBt approvals where required and conform to EBGEO, ZTV E-StB and DB Ril 836 / 800.0140 requirements.
Naue PP and PET geogrids are designed for the full-service life of the structure, typically 100 years and more, with documented creep behaviour and resistance to chemical and biological exposure.
The Naue Portal includes amongst others Naue PavedRoad (AASHTO), Naue UnpavedRoad (modified Giroud-Han), SecuCalc Bearing Capacity, Platform PRO and Platform 2.0 – all free of charge.
Yes. Naue geogrids can be installed at ambient temperatures down to –20 °C. Frozen subgrades must be checked for thaw stability and bearing capacity.
