GeoQuebec 2026

From 12 to 16 September 2026, GeoQuébec 2026 will bring together the Canadian and international geotechnical community in Québec City for the 79th Canadian Geotechnical Conference. Under the theme “Expanding geotechnical frontiers,” the event will address challenges including climate change, resource scarcity and the transformation of natural and industrial environments.

The technical programme covers areas directly relevant to civil engineering, including infrastructure design and operation, transportation geotechnics, embankments and dams, geohazards, sustainable development and environmental geotechnology.
